Oma’s Pumpkin Patch at Van Ommering Dairy

Oma's Pumpkin Patch is a fall agritourism attraction on the Van Ommering Dairy, a family farm in Lakeside's El Monte Valley that began as a Holstein dairy in 1960 and started the pumpkin patch in 2000. Visitors pick pumpkins ranging from tiny to over 100 pounds and enjoy covered hay rides, a hay bale maze, a petting corral, playground and sand-pile play areas, and school field trips. The farm also operates Oma's Market and an on-site cafe, and hosts a Christmas tree event in winter. Ticketing is reservation-based and done online.
