Novy Ranches is a family-run grass-fed Angus beef operation started in 1976, with cattle raised on ranch land in the Shasta Valley area of Siskiyou County, Northern California. All cattle are born and raised on the ranch, and the beef is 21-day dry aged and sold frozen. The ranch has sold direct to customers through a Simi Valley location and at Southern California farmers markets including Calabasas, La Canada, Pacific Palisades, and Thousand Oaks.
