The Lavender Fields (also known as Keys Creek Lavender Farm) is a USDA certified organic lavender farm on roughly 8.5 acres at 12460 Keys Creek Rd in Valley Center. The farm grows more than a dozen lavender varieties that are harvested and distilled into essential oil, creams, ointments, food products and bouquets. A shop has sold lavender-based goods including oils, lotions and soaps, and the property has offered field tours during bloom season along with yoga and cooking classes and overnight stays.
