Oyster Tours is an agritourism experience in Apalachicola, the heart of Florida's oyster industry, run out of the visitor center at 122 Commerce Street. Visitors can take a guided Oyster Eating Tour and learn the history of Apalachicola Bay and its hand-harvested, sustainable oyster trade. The same operator also offers a Historic Tour of Apalachicola, an Art Gallery & Wine Tasting Tour, and a brewery/taproom "Top That Tap" tour, plus fishing and Southern cooking classes.
