Kal-Haven Outpost

Kal-Haven Outpost is a 50-acre campground and vacation property on the Kal-Haven Trail near South Haven, about five miles from Lake Michigan and downtown. Visitors can stay in wooded tent sites, glamping tents, locally built cabins, RV sites with full hookups, a converted Skoolie bus, and furnished vacation homes. Amenities include a bath house with private showers, a camp store carrying beer and wine, bicycle rentals, wooded walking paths, a natural playground, and lawn games. The campground is open from mid-April through the last weekend in October.

Hours: Off-season store hours: Sunday-Monday 9am-5pm; Tuesday-Thursday 9am-8pm; Friday-Saturday 9am-10pm. Campground season: mid-April through the last weekend in October.
