SPACE on Ryder Farm CSA

Brewster, New York

SPACE on Ryder Farm is a nonprofit artist residency and certified organic farm in Brewster, one of the oldest family farms in the Northeast, dating to 1795. It assumed the farm's agricultural operations in 2019 and ran a community-supported agriculture program in which members received weekly shares of the harvest along with art created on the farm, offered on a sliding scale. Produce was also sold at the roadside farm stand on Starr Ridge Road and at the Union Square Greenmarket in NYC. The organization ceased its farm operations in summer 2024.
