Founder and head beekeeper Tom Wilk, a Cornell University Certified Master Beekeeper, extracts, hand-bottles, and labels raw honey, including Zip Code Local Honey traceable to specific Queens apiaries. It is the first NYC beekeeper in the New York State Grown & Certified program. Products are sold through its online shop and at local markets.
