Kortright Creek Creamery at Stone & Thistle Farm

Stone & Thistle Farm is a family-run grass-fed livestock and poultry farm in the Catskill foothills of East Meredith, NY, and home to Kortright Creek Creamery, which makes goat milk products from a herd of Saanen dairy goats. The farm store sells lamb, goat, pork, beef, chicken, turkey, rabbit, eggs and goat dairy, plus value-added items like chutneys, sauces, meat pies and pates. Visitors can dine at the on-site Fable=farm+table restaurant, take a Sunday farm tour, and stay overnight at the farmhouse bed and breakfast.

Hours: Farm store: open year round, seven days a week, 9 am to 6 pm. Fable=farm+table: dinner Saturdays May to October; Sundays 11 am farm tour and noon brunch (reservations required).
