The cattle are pasture-raised and finished without growth hormones or antibiotics, then hand-processed at a local facility and aged to develop tenderness and flavor. Beef is sold at Buffalo-area farmers markets and as custom cuts, halves, and quarters. The farm also offers farm tours.
