Billsboro Winery is a small family-owned winery near the north end of Seneca Lake, specializing in dry classic Finger Lakes wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, unoaked Chardonnay, Riesling and red varietals. The tasting room is housed in a restored 19th-century barn with stone interior walls. Visitors can taste wines with knowledgeable staff, try a wine and chocolate pairing, and relax on outdoor patio seating overlooking the lake. Leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor areas.

Summer (May 1 onward): 7 days a week 11am-6pm. Winter: Sunday 11am-5pm, Monday-Tuesday closed, Wednesday-Thursday 11am-5pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-6pm
