Gabrielsen's Country Farm

Gabrielsen's Country Farm is a family-owned plant farm and flower stand in Jamesport on Long Island's North Fork, started by George Gabrielsen and his brother in 1969. It sells annuals, perennials, shrubs, hydrangeas, and custom planters, with offerings that shift by season. In late summer and fall the stand carries hardy mums, Montauk daisies, ornamental cabbage and kale, asters, pumpkins, apples, sweet corn, tomatoes, and jams; the holiday season brings wreaths, centerpieces, and poinsettias.
