Ingalls Blueberry Hill
Milford, New York
Ingalls Blueberry Hill is a family-run, 100% NOFA certified organic pick-your-own blueberry farm in Otsego County, about 5 miles south of Cooperstown. The ten-acre blueberry field was established in the 1970s and is now run by the third-to-fourth generation of the Ingalls family. Visitors pick their own organic blueberries during the summer season; the farm uses honeybees and bumblebees for pollination and hand-prunes its bushes. Basic amenities include an outhouse and water for drinking and washing, and guests are encouraged to bring reusable containers.
