Bialas Farms

Bialas Farms is a family-owned farm in the Black Dirt Region of New York's Hudson Valley, operating since 1939. It grows vegetables and herbs on-site and offers Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares with weekly or biweekly pickup options, plus a 2026 CSA application. The farm also runs a farm stand selling fresh produce, plants, and seedlings, and hosts seasonal plant sales and market events.
