Justus Asthalter Maple Syrup is a family-operated, four-generation maple producer in Parksville, NY. They tap several thousand trees each season and boil the sap down into pure maple syrup at their sap-house. Visitors can buy maple syrup products as well as new and used maple equipment, and tour the sap-house during New York State Maple Weekend in March or by arranging a visit directly with the producer during the season.
