Varick Winery, Country Store & Inn is a Finger Lakes winery on the west shore of Cayuga Lake in Romulus, with a tasting room overlooking the vineyard, cherry orchard, and lake. Visitors can sample wines, shop the country store, pick fruit, and relax on the porch or picnic on the grounds. The Inn offers overnight lodging on the property. It is a TasteNY attraction on the Cayuga Wine Trail.
