Parker Family Maple Farm is a family-owned maple operation on the edge of the Adirondacks in West Chazy, NY, run by the Parker family since 1889 across five generations. Its certified 100% organic and Kosher maple syrup is single-source produced on the farm's 40,000-tap operation. The sugarhouse and maple store are open to the public year-round, and tours and school groups are welcome. Visitors can buy pure maple syrup along with maple confections such as maple sugar candy, maple cream, granulated maple sugar, lollipops, roasted nuts, BBQ sauce, salad dressing, mustard, and maple coffee.
