White Oak Farm is a working farm in Yorktown Heights overlooking the Croton Reservoir, dating to the 1800s with a sugarhouse, gardens, beehives, and a sawmill. It is a registered New York State maple producer, making pure maple syrup and a wide range of maple products. Visitors can buy maple syrup, granulated maple sugar, maple cream, maple candy and lollipops, maple-coated nuts, maple fudge, maple BBQ sauce, and honey.
