McAdams Farm is a family farm in Efland, NC, operating since 1885, best known for pick-your-own strawberries. Visitors can pick their own berries (the farm provides containers), with pre-picked berries available sporadically. The farm also grows vegetables such as lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, beets, squash, zucchini, cabbage and new potatoes, and offers cut flowers, peonies, local eggs, local honey, Katahdin lamb and Angus beef. The farm also sells at the Carrboro Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings.
