The Historic Marion Tailgate Market, opened in 2007, is a grower-certified farmers market in downtown Marion under a municipal open-air shelter with free parking and restrooms. Local farmers and growers sell fresh produce, cheeses, meats, baked goods and artisan foods. The market runs a Farm Fresh Bucks program that doubles EBT dollars up to $20 in tokens for fruits and vegetables.
