Its offerings include grass-fed and grass-finished Angus beef, pastured pork, lamb, goat, and chicken, and through a network of local Florida ranches and farms it also supplies farm-raised gator, quail, duck, and rabbit. The animals are raised on pesticide-free forage, and the local ranch network allows year-round supply of Florida meat.
