Florida Fresh Family of Farms is a network of independent local ranchers and farmers coordinated with the Florida Fresh Meat Company, founded in 2009. They produce grass-fed and grass-finished Angus beef along with pasture-raised pork, lamb, goat, and chicken, all raised without added hormones or antibiotics. Beef is dry-aged in a refrigerated locker for up to 28 days. Products are sold through their Summerfield meat market and at area farmers markets.
