Good News Farm is a certified organic farm near Cedar Lake, Michigan, operated in conjunction with Great Lakes Adventist Academy and staffed in part by students working their way through school. It grows produce veganically (no animal-based amendments such as manure, bone meal, or fish emulsion) using a computer-controlled greenhouse, high tunnels, and open fields. Shoppers can buy vegetables and fresh herbs, with greens and root vegetables triple-washed before packing; some items are available year-round.

Hours: Sunday 1-5 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday 2:30-6:30 p.m.
