Monroe Family Organics is a certified-organic CSA farm in mid-Michigan growing over 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and blueberries on 20+ acres. Members buy a 19-week share running from mid-June to the end of October: a half share is 7 organic veggies and herbs per week ($370) and a full share is 14 items per week ($690). Shares are picked up at market-style and prepacked drop-off sites in Alma, Mt. Pleasant, Midland, St. Johns, Lansing, and Okemos, with optional home delivery within 2 miles of a route. The farm also sells to local restaurants, co-ops, and grocery stores.

Hours: CSA runs 19 weeks, mid-June to end of October. Drop-offs: Alma Mondays 5-6 PM; Mt. Pleasant Tuesdays 5-6 PM; Midland Thursdays 5-6 PM; St. Johns Wednesdays after 3 PM; Lansing Wednesdays 4:30-9:00 PM;
