White Post Farms is a family-owned animal farm, petting zoo, and farm market in Melville on Long Island. Visitors can hand-feed resident giraffes, walk through bird aviaries with free-flying lorikeets, budgies, and cockatiels, and visit lemurs, squirrel monkeys, and marmosets in the monkey barn, along with bottle-feeding and hand-feeding farm animals. Pony rides, train rides, and a dinosaur exhibit are also on-site. Seasonal events include spring Easter egg hunts, a fall pumpkin patch with hayrides and a Fall Farm Festival. The grounds also include a farm market, bakery, and garden center.
